Job Description

Reporting to our Data & IA expertise, you will act as a Product Data Scientist. Your mission consists of developing expertise in data-driven products, with a strong business impact, within a community of experts.

You will have the opportunity to support our clients in the construction and improvement of Data / IA products and solutions, while ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions through close collaboration with technical, business, and data teams.

As a Product Data Scientist, you will be called upon to play a key role in the following pillars:

Client Support & Delivery: Sharing vision, co-constructing roadmaps, and prioritizing high business impact projects by instilling a data-driven culture.

• Steering the development, measurement, and optimization of data products via agile methodologies.
• Developing dashboards and key performance indicators (KPI) to monitor product effectiveness.
• Communicating analyses and strategic recommendations to various stakeholders.

Internal Offer Development: Active contribution to the development of the "Product Data IA" offer through technological monitoring.

• Participation in marketing events and pre-sales phases.

Training & Mentoring: Mentoring more junior profiles depending on your experience.

• Participation in the construction and animation of training programs to upskill the community's future Product Data Scientists.

Qualifications

More than just boxes to check, we are looking for a hybrid profile between data science and product culture. You are a graduate of an engineering school with a specialization in data science, data analysis, statistics, or economics.

• You have significant experience (minimum 3 years) as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst (e.g., developing recommendation models, defining impact KPIs, assisting PMs in feature prioritization).
• You master AI tools and concepts: machine learning, data visualization, cloud computing (GCP, Azure, AWS) and specialized libraries (Scikit Learn, Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc.).
• You master one or more programming languages (Python, SQL) as well as visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• You have a good knowledge of Agile and Product practices (Scrum, Safe, RICE, MoSCoW).
• You possess excellent popularization skills and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse profiles.
• You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
