TEAM DESCRIPTION

Within the CTO Advisory business unit, Wavestone's GenAI team is leading an ambitious intrapreneurial initiative. Within a year, and with a constantly growing team, we have achieved over 10 million euros in turnover, testifying to our dynamism and our ability to innovate in a rapidly emerging market. Our team distinguishes itself by its ability to cover all issues related to generative AI. Beyond technical aspects, we support our clients across various dimensions: impact on business lines and process transformation, security and compliance imperatives, as well as the integration of best practices regarding ethics and sustainable development. In particular, our expertise in LLMOps allows us to design and deploy architectures optimized for production, guaranteeing performance, scalability, and reliability of language models. JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior GenAI / LLMOps Consultant, your main missions will be:

DEFINE THE STRATEGY FOR LLM INTEGRATION IN THE ENTERPRISE

• Advise CTOs and Innovation teams on best practices regarding LLM and generative AI
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with our clients' business objectives
• Conduct market analyses and regular technological monitoring to identify opportunities and emerging trends

DESIGN AND DEPLOY LLMOps SOLUTIONS

• Design end-to-end robust architectures for the integration of LLMs into client environments
• Assist in the choice of chunking methods, embedding models, vector databases…
• Optimize the performance of AI architectures and production applications by ensuring their scalability, reliability, and security

ACCOMPANY DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AT SCALE

• Facilitate co-construction workshops with client teams to define relevant use cases
• Train and raise awareness among employees regarding the challenges of generative AI and LLMs
• Drive change by facilitating the adoption of new technologies within organizations

MANAGE LLMOps PROJECTS FOR OUR CLIENTS

• Maintain a relationship of trust with our clients while conducting projects autonomously
• Manage planning, risks, and resources to ensure the smooth running of missions
• Act as a guarantor of the quality of our achievements and client satisfaction

INNOVATE AND DEVELOP THE OFFER

• Contribute to the development of the LLMOps offer in collaboration with our internal experts
• Identify possible synergies with other practices within the firm
• Participate in drafting commercial proposals and responding to calls for tender

Qualifications

• Noteworthy professional experience in consulting on Generative AI, data engineering, MLOps subjects, or in a similar technological environment
• Good knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI-related services or experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to define and lead upstream projects or the integration of LLMOps solutions
• Ease in supporting change, uniting people, and developing employee skills
• Strong sensitivity to business development and/or sales
• Proficiency in professional English
• Ability to travel within Europe or internationally
