Job Description Your future team You will join Wavestone's AI Business Unit, a community of nearly 200 Data & AI consultants supporting the largest French and international companies in the design, development, and deployment of Data & Artificial Intelligence solutions. Our teams intervene across the entire value chain: Generative Artificial Intelligence (LLM, RAG, Agents) Machine Learning & Deep Learning Data Science and advanced analysis Data Platforms & Cloud Data Governance & Responsible AI You will evolve in an environment where technical expertise, innovation, and consulting mutually reinforce each other. Your role As a Machine Learning & AI Engineer Consultant, you will contribute to the development of Data & AI solutions with high business impact. You will intervene in all phases of projects: understanding business challenges; data exploration and valorization; design and development of AI models; industrialization and scaling; change management and solution adoption. You will be mentored by recognized experts while rapidly developing your technical autonomy. Your missions You will progressively participate in: Developing Machine Learning and Deep Learning models addressing complex business problems Designing and deploying applications based on LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) Developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI agents Building data processing and exploitation pipelines Participating in the production deployment and monitoring of AI models in cloud environments Contributing to the development of MLOps and LLMOps platforms Conducting experiments and benchmarks on emerging AI technologies Supporting clients in identifying and prioritizing AI use cases Participating in R&D activities and the Wavestone Data & AI community Examples of missions Development of AI assistants and business copilots based on LLMs Construction of RAG solutions powered by complex documentary bases Deployment of predictive models to optimize operational performance Development of autonomous AI agents to automate business processes Qualifications Your skills Must-have Recent graduate from a top engineering or business school (Engineering Degree, PGE) Strong appetite for Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Good mastery of Python Knowledge of Machine Learning and statistics Marked interest in LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agents Fluent English (minimum C1) Additional Information Why join us?
