Your team
You will join the AI Business Unit, a community of approximately 200 AI & Data consultants who support organizations from end to end:
- AI Strategy and roadmap
- Identification and prioritization of AI use cases
- Data & AI Governance
- Data & AI Operating Models
- Adoption and change management
The position of Artificial Intelligence for Business Transformation Consultant - Recent Graduate is aimed at early-career profiles wishing to rapidly develop expertise in organizational transformation through Artificial Intelligence, through strategic and operational projects, supervised by experienced consultants.
Your responsibilities
As an Artificial Intelligence for Business Transformation Consultant, you will progressively intervene on the following missions:
- Participate in the identification and prioritization of high business impact AI use cases (efficiency, revenue, automation)
- Contribute to the design and industrialization of AI solutions (generative, predictive, prescriptive)
- Intervene in the definition of Data & AI operating models (CoE, AI Ops, LLMOps)
- Participate in the structuring of AI governance (policies, standards, steering, GDPR / AI Act compliance)
- Contribute to the value measurement of AI initiatives (KPIs, ROI, performance monitoring)
- Participate in the acculturation of business and IT teams to AI uses
- Contribute to the facilitation of workshops and change management processes
- Participate in the production of client deliverables and the life of the Wavestone Data & AI community
Qualifications

- Basics in Data, AI, or digital transformation
- Understanding of AI use cases in business
- Notions of Data & AI governance or operating models
- Basics in business analysis or organizational transformation

What you bring
- Graduate of a top engineering or business school (Engineering Degree, PGE)
- Specialization or strong interest in Data, AI, or digital transformation
- First exposure (internships or projects) to transformation or business analysis topics
- Motivation to discover the consulting profession
- Awareness of governance, responsible AI, or regulatory issues
- First experience in facilitating workshops or project management
