Job Description We are looking for talents wishing to join a fast-growing company and eager to combine sector expertise and business development. Alongside a Senior Account Manager, your role will be to develop and transform the firm's positioning with a major account in the banking and insurance sector (Société générale, BNP Paribas, Allianz.), which together represent nearly 35% of the firm's turnover. By joining the Financial Services practice, which accompanies French and international companies in these sectors in their major transformation projects, you will join a commercial department whose mission is to transform Wavestone's positioning with leading clients in the banking and insurance sectors, in close collaboration with the practice's consultants. At the heart of the greatest current and future issues in these sectors, you will support our clients in their most important transformation projects: design and deployment of new business models, digitalization of customer journeys and business processes, development of sustainable offerings, transformation of organizations and operational models... Acting as a true entrepreneur and in close collaboration with Wavestone's Top Management, you will build your network with high-level influencers to identify and win the missions that will take Wavestone to a new dimension on your account. You will notably be required to carry out the following missions:

1/ Business Development & Client Relations Manage and maintain the client relationship in a long-term partnership logic: Independently prospect new decision-makers on your account; Organize and conduct client meetings in pairs with the consulting teams in order to present the firm and its expertise and to identify new business opportunities; Be the guarantor of client satisfaction and the implementation of any action plans, with the aim of creating a solid and lasting relationship with your clients;

2/ Complex Sales Manage the pre-sales cycle of our consulting services in project mode, with a constant focus on differentiation: qualification of client needs, development of the response strategy, drafting the commercial offer, presentation to the client; Coordinate all managers and consultants contributing to tender responses; Negotiate the commercial offer with our clients' Purchasing Departments and secure the sale;

3/ Account Strategy Analyze the potential of the client environment and target priority areas for commercial investment; Define and manage commercial action plans to develop our positioning on a given account;

Qualifications Motivated to learn and graduated from a major engineering school, management school, or a major university, you are attracted to business development and complex sales and possess an appetite for the banking and insurance sector.
