Job Summary
Lead and manage nightclub operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences by overseeing staff, inventory, safety compliance, and revenue growth initiatives during evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and waitstaff to maintain high service standards and team performance
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of supplies and minimize waste
- Execute opening and closing procedures to prepare the club for daily operations and secure the premises
- Order and coordinate timely delivery of supplies to support uninterrupted club functions
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase club visibility and attract patrons
- Ensure all operations comply with safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Apply performance improvement strategies to enhance staff productivity and operational efficiency
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities by recruiting talent and organizing promotional events
- Adapt to a fast-paced, loud environment while working evenings, weekends, and holidays
