The position:

• Draft, validate, and negotiate all types of contracts (framework agreement, confidentiality agreement, service sale, collaboration agreement, leases, CGA?)
• Provide support to the Purchasing Department on the contractual part and supplier relations
• Monitor intellectual property issues related to contracts and operations
• Formulate legal opinions and advice for operational staff, with traceability in the department's tool
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation files
• Manage insurance files (RC, property damage, auto fleet)
• Handle annual corporate law formalities (subsidiaries, associated centers)
• Provide administrative support to operational staff upon request

Profile sought:

• Linguistic skills: Fluent legal English (oral and written), minimum TOEIC 700 / B2 (capable of actively participating in meetings in English, drafting and validating documents in English)
