A diverse range of tasks
The lawyers (m/f/d) of our Maritime Services Group advise shipping companies, ship managers, investors, and other market participants in the maritime economy. The main areas of activity lie particularly in advising on the purchase and sale of second-hand tonnage, shipbuilding, flag management and registry matters, as well as the employment, operation, and manning of ships. Furthermore, clients are advised on investments, joint ventures, and M&A projects in the maritime economy. To strengthen our team, we are looking for lawyers (m/f/d) for our location in Hamburg. Your profile
- You have completed your legal education with above-average success
- Initial professional experience in the field of maritime law is an advantage, but not a requirement
- You convince through a careful and independent way of working and have an understanding of economic contexts.
- You are communicative, flexible, enjoy working in a team, and possess commitment as well as a confident appearance.
- You are business fluent in English.
