A diverse range of tasks

• Advising national and international mandates on financing in the field of the energy transition (including renewable energies, hydrogen, electromobility, etc.) as well as other financing transactions.
• Negotiation and drafting of financing documents.
• Varied and responsible activity in the field of banking and finance law as well as in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in the field of project finance and/or other financing transactions.
• You want to accompany sophisticated mandates.
• You have high standards for the quality of your work and value collaboration with colleagues from various disciplines with an international background.
• You convince through a careful and independent way of working, have experience in leading teams and projects, and work in a solution-oriented manner.
• You are communicative, flexible, enjoy working in a team, and possess commitment as well as a confident appearance.
• Working in English is a matter of course for you.
