A diverse range of tasks

  • As a lawyer (m/f/d) in the area of Corporate IP/IT, you will advise national and international clients from various industries and sectors on IP and IT law issues as well as in data protection law, both in connection with transactions and on a "stand-alone basis" in ongoing mandates, in the implementation of complex technology transfer and R&D projects, as well as in the implementation of digital business models.
  • The focuses of your activity are the areas of Software (including software license agreements, development and outsourcing projects, including apps and digital platforms), Media (including contracts for the implementation of advertising and media productions), Data Protection (including aspects of IT security), as well as data use and licensing (especially in the area of ESG/SDG).
  • The focus of our advisory activity is not in "classic" Intellectual Property law, but we frequently advise our clients holistically at the interface of corporate law and the law of new technologies and accompany them in the implementation of innovative technology projects, for example in the field of E-Mobility and the energy transition.

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of IP/IT;
  • Your training and/or areas of interest lie in the field of new technologies and intellectual property and/or commercial and corporate law;
  • You enjoy working on sophisticated topics in a broad and dynamically developing field of activity, have an understanding of economic contexts and an affinity for new technologies and technical developments;
  • You are a team player and convince through a careful and self-responsible way of working;
  • You are ready to take on your own responsibility and are eager to participate in the further expansion of the practice area and to contribute actively;
  • You are communicative, flexible, and possess a commitment to performance as well as a confident appearance;
  • You communicate proficiently in English.
