The role You'll be the heartbeat of the salon, leading a talented team of 20 stylists, assistants and hair therapists and making sure every client feels truly looked after, from the moment they walk in. Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and service quality Build lasting relationships with our VIPs and returning clients Drive revenue, manage inventory, and monitor performance Shape recruitment, training, and a culture of excellence Help grow our brand through events, partnerships, and promotions You are An experienced manager in luxury salon, spa, beauty, or high-end hospitality/retail A natural leader who is polished, warm, and composed Commercially minded, with strong organisational skills Passionate about service, detail, and the beauty industry Fluent in English and Mandarin; Korean is a plus Singapore Citizen/PR Why join us Lead a respected, award-winning brand in a premium setting Competitive salary of $3500 to $4,500, with performance bonus and incentives Work with a talented, passionate team Staff privileges and training
