This role is responsible for advancing and enhancing the technical tools, processes, standards, and resources that support the Agricultural Water Management Program. From hydrologic analysis and watershed planning to project evaluation and data-driven decision-making, your expertise will help ensure consistent, effective, and science-based program delivery across the province.

In this dynamic role, youll collaborate with technical experts, program staff, and external partners to develop practical solutions, provide guidance on complex projects, and build the knowledge and confidence of delivery teams through training and support. Leveraging expertise in engineering, agriculture, natural resources, and project management, youll contribute to policy development, quality assurance, monitoring programs, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance water management outcomes for producers, communities, and the environment.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Agriculture, Geography or Earth Science, Engineering or similar technical discipline and 5 years of related experience. This role is subject to a satisfactory criminal record check.
