What You’ll Do
- Serve walk-in customers and handle phone enquiries professionally.
- Share product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with their watch-buying and trade-in enquiries.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stock receiving and inventory checks.
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details.
- Work closely with the team to achieve store sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, or the pawnshop industry is an advantage.
- Passionate about learning luxury watch brands, models, and technical details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
