As the business continues to grow, the finance function plays a central role in helping colleagues across the organisation make confident decisions and they are now looking to welcome a Finance Manager to guide and nurture the accounts team while strengthening the quality of financial reporting.

Your tasks

This is a rewarding leadership position working closely with executive leadership. You will build trusted relationships across the business, support a committed finance team and use NetSuite to bring clarity and consistency to the numbers. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and support the accounts team, helping each person develop and thrive
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver month end and management accounts
• Manage cash flow and forecasting, sharing clear insight with senior stakeholders
• Oversee HMRC returns and statutory compliance with care and accuracy
• Partner with auditors to prepare for a smooth year-end audit

Requirements

Key Experience & Skills

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is essential
• A supportive and approachable leadership style with experience developing a team
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders
