Operations Manager

Waset Co Studio is looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to join our growing team. Location : Maadi, Cairo, Egypt Job Type : Full-Time | On-Site Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize daily business operations.

Ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Improve internal workflows, processes, and overall efficiency.

Monitor operational performance and report to management.

Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Previous experience in Operations Management or a similar role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Good command of English.

Experience with project management tools is a plus.
