Your tasks

• Partner with senior operational stakeholders
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting
• Analyse monthly performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Deliver variance analysis, KPI reporting and financial insight
• Support revenue, profitability and cost management
• Provide financial modelling to support commercial decisions
• Turn complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations

Requirements

Are you a commercially minded accountant; qualified, part-qualified or QBE, who enjoys getting behind the numbers and influencing business decisions? We’re recruiting a Finance Business Partner for an established multi-site organisation for their head office in Northampton. You’ll work closely with senior operational stakeholders, providing financial insight and challenge to improve performance and support commercial decision-making.

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA studier/qualified, or equivalent experience (QBE)
• FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering experience
• Financial modelling and forecasting skills
• Confident with Excel
• Able to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Commercially minded with good analytical skills
