Job Summary You will manage bar operations including opening and closing, ordering, preparation, and inventory control, while attending to guests and supporting the manager to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Open and close the bar following established procedures to ensure readiness for service Manage bar operations by ordering supplies, preparing beverages, and controlling inventory to maintain stock levels Attend to guests in the bar and restaurant areas to provide attentive and courteous service Support the manager in coordinating daily bar activities to maintain efficient operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate friendliness, strong work ethic, and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively and build positive interactions with guests and team members Possess knowledge of wine, beer, and alcohol to enhance guest service and beverage preparation Other Information Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month Please send your resume directly to giorgio@verve.sg or sandeep@verve.sg
