About the company
Wareesan Management Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Warees Investments Pte Ltd, specializes in exhumation and re-interment management, focusing on land optimisation and advisory support to next-of-kin.
Your tasks
Coordinate and oversee project schedules and site operations to ensure timely, compliant, and sensitive execution of exhumation and re-interment projects, liaising with stakeholders and supporting bereaved families professionally.
- Coordinate project schedules, activities, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Monitor on-site operations and contractor performance to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved procedures.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, contractors, authorities, and next-of-kin to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Respond to enquiries and provide timely, empathetic updates to families with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, operational records, and progress reports to support project tracking and accountability.
- Monitor project timelines, expenditures, deliverables, and contractual obligations to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements to enhance work efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company procedures, and relevant Islamic religious guidelines to uphold legal and cultural standards.
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned to support overall project success.
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, or site management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to manage project documentation and communication.
- Knowledge of Muslim burial practices and cultural norms to support culturally sensitive project execution.
- Class 3 driving licence to facilitate site visits and operational mobility.
