Wardaya Group is opening opportunities for superior talents in the field of Academic English who have a passion for teaching and are oriented towards student academic achievement to join as a Fulltime English Teacher, focusing on IELTS, TOEFL, and SAT preparation.

Your tasks

• Teaching Academic English for IELTS, TOEFL, and SAT test preparation (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking/Verbal)
• Developing lesson plans and teaching materials in accordance with international examination standards
• Providing regular mock tests and practice questions to measure student progress
• Providing constructive feedback, especially on writing and speaking skills
• Guiding students in question-solving strategies, time management, and academic vocabulary development
• Evaluating learning outcomes and reporting student progress to relevant parties
• Updating teaching methods and materials in accordance with the latest developments in IELTS, TOEFL, and SAT formats and trends
• Contributing to the development of the curriculum and programs to improve the quality of Academic English learning

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in English Language Education, Linguistics, or related fields from leading universities with excellent accreditation.
• Possessing IELTS/TOEFL teaching certification (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) or a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching similar test preparation classes (preferred)
• Possessing a minimum IELTS score of 7.5, TOEFL iBT score of 100, or SAT Verbal/Reading score of 650 (score evidence preferred)
• Proficient in teaching Academic English (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking/Verbal), specifically Cambridge Curricula
• Possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to teach students from various backgrounds
• Able to compile and develop teaching materials according to international examination standards
• Skilled in using both online and offline learning technology
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team
