You will become part of an experienced and committed team that handles bookkeeping and financial administration across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

Your tasks

We are looking for you who is motivated by creating order, ensuring correct data quality, and making daily financial processes function efficiently. You will have a central role in daily operations, great independence in task solving, and the opportunity to contribute to the development of our processes.

Tasks You will have a broad role with tasks and responsibilities within a range of central accounting tasks, including:

• Accounts Receivable management and follow-up on missing payments in dialogue with customers and the sales organization
• Accounts Payable bookkeeping and processing of supplier invoices
• Financial bookkeeping and general financial administration
• VAT and tax-related tasks
• Reconciliations, controls, and preparation of month-end closing
• Ad hoc tasks within finance and accounting

Requirements

*Who are you? We imagine that you**

• Have experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration
• Work structured, independently, and have a sharp eye for detail
• Thrive with fixed processes and recurring tasks, where quality and precision are crucial
• Are service-minded and collaborate well with colleagues across the organization
• Have solid experience with Excel and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new IT systems. Experience with Aspect4 is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Communicate fluently in Danish and have good English skills
