• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• 3+ years of experience in managing modern manufacturing IT products (e.g. ERP, MES, APS, WMS, QMS).
• Strong process-analysis and product-abstraction capability: able to convert fragmented local requirements into standardized, scalable product input.
