Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
Monitor project costs, expenses, budgets, and variances.
Handle accounting activities related to real estate, construction, and hospitality operations.
Support budgeting, cash-flow management, audits, and tax requirements.
Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
Mandatory experience in real estate, construction, and hospitality.
Strong Excel and accounting software/ERP skills.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
