Prepare, review, and manage lease contracts, renewals, and amendments in coordination with the legal team.

Maintain and update tenant database, leasing files, and unit status reports (available/leased/reserved).

Issue invoices, follow up on rent collection schedules, and coordinate with finance on payments.

Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and escalate when needed.

Prepare periodic leasing reports (occupancy rate, vacancy status, revenue tracking) for management.

Ensure all lease documents comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Coordinate handover process with tenants (fit-out, move-in requirements, keys, access cards, etc.).

Liaise with property management/facility team to ensure units are ready for handover.

Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for all leasing documents.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

1–3 years of experience in leasing administration, real estate, or property management (commercial/hospitality background preferred).

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) — ERP/CRM systems knowledge is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
