Warehouse Admin

• Maintain/ record/ store stock accurately and verify product quantities
• Perform stock counts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare stock management reports for supervisors
• Comply with the company's policies and working standards
• Suggest methods for operations and handling errors
• Coordinate and work with operators/ other departments/ and related divisions

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Logistics Knowledge of ERP/ SAP/ WMS systems or stock management programs Knowledge and understanding of warehouse documentation such as PO/ Requisition forms/ Stock-in forms/ Stock Card Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table formulas) High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions when issues arise, and ability to work under pressure Intermediate English language skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
