Automation & Design Engineer / วิศวกรออกแบบเครื่องจักรและระบบอัตโนมัติ

1) Improve production process with a new innovation, accordance with current manufacturing processes and company policies. 2) Responsibility for providing technical support on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Process Control Systems and  Automation, to effectively support operational activities and continuously improve manufacturing performance. 3) Support the work in product development and process improvement, ramp up and follow up OEE, scrap reduction, C/T, Productivity, Break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process. 4) Design, develop and implement process automation system for manufacturing. 5) Supervise the installation of machinery and electrical systems and system testing.  6) Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow standardization, automation, and process optimization. 7) Monitor KPIs and report progress to section manager and department manager. 8) Collaborate with quality, engineering, and operations teams to ensure sustainable improvements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. Can communicate by reading , written in English language. Software skills: Proficient in using SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or AutoCAD. Automation skills: Has understanding of PLC control systems,Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems. Other skills: Ability to accurately read and write engineering drawings, and strong logical problem-solving skills. Good knowledge on process development with experience working Industry for 2-3 years.
