MASSEUR MANAGER

Job Summary

You will consult with clients to identify suitable massage services and provide professional massage treatments as listed in the brochure. You will maintain a clean and organized work environment, sterilize equipment, and comply with all relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate massage services
• Deliver Foot Reflexology and Body Massage treatments (with and without oil) according to client requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstations throughout the shift to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Replace and keep linens clean and organized between client sessions
• Sterilize massage equipment to meet hygiene and safety standards
• Participate actively in meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service quality
• Follow all applicable standards, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance and client safety
• Provide massage services comfortably and professionally to clients from diverse backgrounds

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in providing Foot Reflexology and Body Massage (with and without oil)
• Relevant massage or beauty certification such as ITEC, CIBTEC, or CIDESCO

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
