Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company's daily administrative operations.
- Manage office administration, documentation, filing and record keeping.
- Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, suppliers, subcontractors and external parties on administrative matters.
- Prepare and maintain contracts, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other project-related documents.
- Handle workers' administrative matters, including attendance records, leave, training records and personnel documentation.
- Assist with Work Permit and other work pass-related administrative matters when required.
- Monitor the expiry and renewal of company licences, permits, insurance policies and relevant certifications.
- Coordinate with government agencies and relevant authorities on administrative submissions and documentation.
- Support management in preparing reports, correspondence, meeting arrangements and internal documentation.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure office procedures are properly implemented.
- Maintain proper records and ensure documents are submitted accurately and on time.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative or office management experience .
- Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work effectively with both office and site personnel.
- Knowledge of Singapore construction-related administrative procedures and work pass matters will be an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.

- Candidates with relevant construction industry experience are preferred.
