We are looking for 1 Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) Start: Immediately, Full-time

Location: In our headquarters Anif/ Niederalm

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support our project management in the successful processing of international customer orders. Step by step, you will take over your own projects and accompany them from planning to implementation and punctual delivery. In doing so, you will work closely with our customers, suppliers, external service providers, and experienced colleagues.

Your Tasks

• You will manage the project process together with our suppliers in the Far East, obtain all necessary data, documents, and information, coordinate the relevant deadlines, and ensure through regular inquiries and deadline confirmations that the overall project remains on schedule

• You will assist in the visual and technical design of our products according to customer specifications and coordinate closely with our quality department

• You will identify potential risks early on, evaluate them continuously, and proactively develop suitable solutions with the team

• You will document and update the project status in our systems and ensure that all relevant information is transparent, complete, and available at all times.

Your Profile

• Initial professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement - motivated career starters are also welcome

• You want to develop professionally and personally and take on more project responsibility step by step

• Hands-on: With your solution-oriented and open-minded personality, you tackle every problem directly

• Your structured way of working ensures that you can always be relied upon

• Your English skills are good; you communicate confidently at a B2 level

• You feel at home in the digital world and have good EDV skills

• You are a true organizational talent and keep an overview of all large-scale projects.

The KV minimum salary is € 2,251.00 gross. But don't worry, depending on experience and qualification, your salary can be significantly above average.
