Within the ML & Analytics Product team (5 people), you are the bridge between algorithms and field reality.
Your mission: industrialize the AI component for behavioral anomaly detection of the analytics product — a robust, lightweight, on-prem deliverable that is directly deployable at end customers.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Design high-performance ingestion services and agents in Go to process real-time log streams
- Develop and industrialize anomaly detection models on time series (access behaviors, user accounts) — Random Forest, Markov chains, lightweight algorithms adapted to small machines
- Guarantee the portability and robustness of the data stack: on-prem packaging, air-gapped environments, constrained resources
- Ensure the business bridge: investigation of needs, technical documentation in English, synchronization with product and R&D teams
- Apply Software Engineer rigor to data: unit tests, integration, CI/CD
Profile sought:
INDISPENSABLE HARD SKILLS:
- Confirmed Go: concurrency, memory management, writing high-performance code in production
- Classic ML: anomaly detection, time series, lightweight algorithms (Random Forest, Markov) — no LLM/GenAI
- Data & SQL culture: OLAP/OLTP modeling, columnar, indexes, partitions
- On-prem deployment: containers, packaging, management of constrained resources
- Fluent English (documentation and international communication)
PROFILE AND BACKGROUND:
- 4–7 years of experience
- Startup, ISV, or software publisher — has already run ML in real production
- Strong product sensitivity: you think about the end user and maintainability, not just validating a hypothesis
