Admin cum Purchaser

An Aluminium and Glazing company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join as an admin cum purchaser. Key responsibilities Assist with procurement and ordering of materials and ensure materials are delivered to office/job site in a timely manner

Assist in the preparation, tracking and follow up of project final accounts

Liaise with main contractors and project teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth settlement of accounts

Support the QS and project team in general administration and coordination work

Other ad-hoc administrative works assigned
