MSAT & Process Validation Lead

Walker Cole International is partnering with a specialist pharmaceuticals business to bring in an MSAT and Process Validation Lead for their Site Leadership Team. You'll own the Manufacturing Science & Technology function at site level, working closely with the Operations Site Lead to hit targets on quality, delivery, cost and safety, and acting as the go-to person for everything from tech transfers to new product introduction. What you'll be doing: Owning the MS&T function at site level, partnering closely with the Operations Site Lead. Leading OOS investigations, remediation and process capability reviews. Driving tech transfers, new product introduction and process improvement projects end to end. Identifying capital investment needs to keep the site ready for future demand. Managing project delivery, including budgets, resourcing and vendors. Building strong links across R&D, product development and regulatory, and coaching the wider team. What we're looking for: Degree in science or engineering, with 8+ years in pharmaceutical technical operations. Strong background in product lifecycle management and continuous improvement. Proven project and change management experience, including complex technical and Capex projects. Confident communicator and people leader, comfortable operating at any level. Desirable: Validation experience (process and cleaning). Track record leading technical transfers at site level.
