Category Managers Build and independently manage category partnerships with key customers, backed by objective market and competitor insight Deliver commercially focused recommendations on range reviews, assortment, retail formats and e-commerce Develop best-in-class category and shopper insight, including loyalty card data and purchase drivers Define and track category KPIs, integrating EPOS, category and shopper data with range and planogram analysis Build compelling, insight-led category narratives to influence customer decision-making Support delivery of commercial priorities alongside Account Managers 4-8 years' experience in Consumer Manufacturing industries - CPG, Personal Care, Health
