Important Company Retail Sector At Waldo´s we invite you to be part of our work team, we are looking for people with a desire to grow and above all, great interest in offering the best service to our customers. · We are looking for: FP&A Specialist · Objective: Act as a strategic financial partner for the Commercial area, providing financial analysis, planning, modeling, and business performance monitoring that allow for optimizing profitability, maximizing sales, identifying risks and opportunities, and facilitating data-driven decision-making, ensuring the fulfillment of the organization's financial and commercial objectives Main Activities: Actively participate in the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of the Forecast, Budget, and Long Range Plan (LRP) processes, developing financial analyses, projections, and scenarios that support strategic planning and business decision-making Develop financial models, sensitivity analyses, and scenarios (What-if Analysis) that allow for evaluating the impact of commercial, operational, and financial variables on business results, supporting strategic decision-making and the identification of risks and opportunities. Prepare, consolidate, and analyze Weekly Sales Reports, Flash Reports, Dashboards, and executive Scorecards, ensuring the integrity, timeliness, and reliability of the information, identifying deviations, trends, risks, and opportunities that facilitate strategic business decision-making Perform Price-Mix-Volume (PMV) analysis and profitability analysis by store, category, channel, customer, and SKU, identifying the main drivers of financial and commercial performance, as well as opportunities to maximize sales, margin, and business profitability. Analyze variations between actual results, Budget, Forecast, and Previous Year, identifying root causes, risks, opportunities, and financial impacts, and generating recommendations that facilitate decision-making and the fulfillment of business objectives Serve as FP&A Business Partner for the Commercial Direction Education: Bachelor's degree in: Finanzas, Economía, Contaduría Pública, Administración Financiera, Ingeniería Industrial, Actuaría, Ingeniería en Negocios Desirable: Specialty or Master's in Finanzas. Certifications in financial analysis or financial modeling. Knowledge of 3 to 5 years in:
