Recruitment Specialist

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.

Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

2+ years of experience in recruitment.

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms is a plus.
