Cost Accounting Supervisor

Lead and supervise the costing activities within the manufacturing facility.

Prepare and analyze product costing and standard costs based on BOM, raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overheads.

Monitor actual production costs versus standard costs and analyze variances.

Review and maintain BOMs, cost sheets, and product cost calculations.

Analyze raw material consumption, production expenses, and manufacturing variances.

Prepare monthly costing reports and variance analysis for management.

Monitor inventory valuation and reconcile inventory movements with accounting records.

Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost calculations.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and support management in improving production cost efficiency.

Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning activities.

Ensure accurate allocation of direct and indirect manufacturing costs.

Supervise the costing team and ensure timely completion of all costing activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Previous experience in Home Appliances / Electrical Appliances manufacturing is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, BOM, standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.

Good understanding of production processes and material consumption.

Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
