*Responsibilities*

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring the timely availability of clean dishware for food service
• Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to uphold sanitation standards
• Adhere to all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation

*Qualifications*

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and serving is a plus
• Reliable with good time management skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
