Supplier Manager (m/f/d) SQA/SQE 1 Supplier Manager (m/f/d) SQA/SQE Your tasks with us

• Conducting quality discussions based on supplier evaluations; visits / audits of existing and new suppliers (RPA, process and product audits as well as monitoring the sustainability of implemented 8D activities)

• Implementation of assurance measures (APQP) in the pre-series as well as the acceptance, release, and monitoring of processes at the supplier

• Qualification and long-term development of suppliers by initiating suitable measures and projects

• Implementation and further development of existing processes & tools (e.g., QSV, 4Box, SPA, 8D, PPAP, APQP, PDP, risk management, supplier assessment)

• Working in cross-functional teams (Simultaneous Engineering Teams)

• Participation and support of Purchasing and Engineering in Cost Down workshops at the supplier

• Conducting supplier evaluations for the awarding process (SNC)

• Participation in the continuous improvement of existing processes as well as result presentations

What you bring with you

• Completed, relevant technical training

• Practical experience in dealing with international suppliers

• Quality training (QMB, QM, Internal / External Auditor, VDA 6.3) desirable

• Good technical understanding as well as high quality awareness

• Good English and IT skills (SAP, SharePoint, Office) and Lean Management knowledge desirable

• Independent and structured way of working, resilience, and assertiveness

• High willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)

• Hands-on mentality and high willingness to learn

If the above criteria are met, we offer you a competitive annual gross salary in the Metalltechnische Industrie collective agreement starting from EUR 56,000.-- (plus a variable component of up to 10%). The willingness to overpay depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
