At our Wabtec plant in Nýřany (Plzeň - north), we manufacture air conditioning units for rolling stock. We are a leader in our field. We do not engage in mass production. We fulfill the specific wishes of our customers. Annually, we produce more than 4,500 air conditioning units, which we supply all over the world. Our customers include companies such as Siemens, Hyundai Rotem, Alstom, Škoda, Stadler, and many others. For 20 years, we have been a stable employer with certain orders secured for several years ahead.

Your tasks

WHY US We are looking for an Order Management Department Manager who will take responsibility for leading a team ensuring the smooth progress of orders from supply planning to dispatch to the customer.

You will be a key partner for production, purchasing, quality, and project management and will ensure that orders are delivered on time and in full.

How can you contribute to the change and development of the company?

• You will lead the order management department team
• You will ensure timely and complete deliveries to customers
• You will coordinate cooperation between production, purchasing, quality, and dispatch
• You will be responsible for preparing delivery documentation and billing data
• You will communicate with customers on a daily basis regarding delivery dates
• You will participate in the organization of export shipments
• Your task will also include preparing reporting and data for the Supply Chain Manager
• You will develop the team and support process improvements

Requirements

What do we need to know about you?

• Ideally, you have secondary education in an economic or business field
• You have experience in logistics, customer service, or order management
• You can communicate easily in English; German is an advantage
• Experience in team leadership is an advantage
• You have very good organizational and communication skills
• You are proficient in PC user operations
• You have experience with customs issues; knowledge of the M3 system is an advantage
• Reliability, independence, and responsibility are important to us
