TSG Support Engineer

How can you contribute to the change and development of our company? Lead the technical side of assigned service projects and tenders in the area of pantographs for tram, railway, and high-speed transport. Interpret and implement internal and customer specifications for the successful realization of service projects worldwide. Be the main technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate engineering activities including planning, design reviews, risk management, and requirements management. Manage technical activities associated with the overhaul of pantographs, including condition assessment, definition of repair scope, creation of bills of materials, and documentation updates. Define, manage, and optimize logistics data and service outputs, including spare parts structures, service, and repair kits. Support continuous improvement of service and maintenance solutions based on operational experience and customer feedback. Coordinate ILS activities between Engineering, Customer Services, and project teams. Participate in customer activities, such as training, commissioning, test runs, and technical support. What will you need? University education in a technical field or equivalent experience in the field of mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. Ability to coordinate collaboration across international, multicultural, and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience leading teams in a matrix organization is an advantage. Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage workload. Proactive approach when dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal partners. Good technical negotiation skills. Ability to lead and implement projects with a significant impact on the business. English language at an advanced level, both spoken and written. Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad. Driving license group B.
