Calibration Specialist Technician

Under the supervision of the electronic production supervisor, the job holder ensures the verification, commissioning, and final calibration of products before delivery by applying set safety standards, work instructions, as well as current policies and procedures. They perform assembly inspections, result analysis, and debugging of various products. They master the different phases of their work, materials, tools, products, operating procedures, as well as various techniques.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities

• Apply the procedure for using the following measuring instruments: oscilloscope – multimeter – generator – spectrometer;
• Perform product debugging and find solutions to defects encountered;
• Perform simple soldering (resistor, capacitor, etc.);
• Perform signal tracking;
• Follow procedures and apply performance test routines;
• Adapt to the cell and work methods;
• Perform any other related task requested by their superior.
• Get involved and actively participate in the development and implementation of the continuous improvement culture.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Technical skills:

• DEC or DEP in a field related to electronics OR relevant experience;
• Knowledge of measuring instruments;
• Computer skills (Windows universe);
• Mastery of symbols found on blueprints and ability to identify components (resistor – capacitor);
• Hold an intermediate level of English to occasionally collaborate with English-speaking stakeholders.
