Tasks that await you with us Independently take care of the execution of monthly payroll accounting Coordinate and process all business cases from entry to exit of our employees Manage our time tracking system as well as personnel administration, including master data management Create periodic evaluations and reports Act as the central contact person for employees and managers regarding labor, social security, and wage tax law questions Actively participate in HR projects related to payroll topics
You are just right for these tasks if you have completed commercial training you have at least three years of professional experience in payroll accounting you have already successfully passed the Personalverrechner-Prüfung (WIFI or similar) sound knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law is available team spirit, a hands-on mentality, and strong communication skills are just as important to you as they are to us an independent, service-oriented, and precise way of working is your thing you possess English skills in speaking and writing
