Your tasks

How will you make a difference? As a member of the O&T team, you will be responsible for developing projects and solutions for the propulsion segment, as well as exploring and testing different technologies connected to Industry to reduce costs.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• You will be part of the entire project development cycle, from ideation to implementation, in partnership with engineering, IT, and other areas.
• You will perform monthly analyses on fleets to monitor component service life and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• You will prepare projection and evolution presentations for internal and external teams.
• You will support the preparation of materials (presentations, feasibility analysis).
• You will defend projects and provide daily progress updates to local and global teams.

Requirements

What do we want to know about you?

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
• Experience in railways and with locomotives is a desirable differentiator.
• Technical knowledge of electromechanical components.
• Ease in dealing with customers and field operations.
• Availability for travel.
• Advanced English.
