Lead Technical Trainer Frauscher Academy Purpose To deliver and support technical training, competency development, and knowledge transfer initiatives for Frauscher customers, partners and employees, ensuring effective adoption of Frauscher products and solutions.
Job Description
Lead the delivery of technical and product training programs across internal and external audiences. Develop and maintain technical training content, learning materials, and assessments. Act as a subject matter expert for Frauscher products and allied railway signaling solutions. Support customer engagement, competency development, and knowledge management initiatives through Frauscher Academy.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-site training programs. Conduct customer, partner, and employee product training programs. Develop and update technical training materials in coordination with global teams. Support onboarding and capability development programs for new employees. Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Project teams for technical presentations and customer workshops. Promote and support digital learning platforms, LMS, and training data management. Participate in global academy initiatives and cross-functional training projects. Maintain training records, feedback, certifications, and effectiveness metrics.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline. 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Railway Signaling, Rail Transportation, or Safety-Critical Systems. Preference for strong technical knowledge of Signaling Systems, Axle Counters, and Train Detection Technologies. Experience in technical training, content development, and customer-facing roles. Proficiency in presentation, facilitation, and learning management systems.
