MK: За позицијата: Извршува активности поврзани со сметководство, финансиски менаџмент и изготвување на финансиски извештаи на организацијата. Главни одговорности: Сметководство · Примена на локалните сметководствени политики со цел усогласеност со локалните закони и практики за сметководство и даноци, · Работи врз основ на поставената сметководствена евиденција за точен приказ на сите трансакции, и предлага подобрувања на истата. · Врши материјална и формална проверка на сите влезни и излезни документи кои се предмет на сметководствена евиденција. · Извршува книжења во главна книга на сите трансакции. · Врши редовно усогласување на податоците во главна книга со истите во помошните книги. · Помага во изготвување на финансиските извештаи.
Менаџмент со паричните средства · Го следи движењето на паричните средства и дава предлози за менаџирање на истите (преку соодветен менаџмент со ликвидните средства). · Комуницира со банки во врска со менаџирањето на паричните средства и преговара за поповолни услови при купопродажба на валути, како и комплетно го води процесот на отварање и следење на банкарски инструменти со кои работи компанијата (Акредитиви, гаранции и слично). · Одговара за точноста на податоците за сите трансакции кои ги сработил.
Квалификации: Минимални барања: Високо образование од областа на економијата. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително. Предност – мин. 2 години работно искуство, овластен сметководител.

EN: Position Summary : Performs activities related to accounting, financial management and preparation of financial statements of the organization. Major Responsibilities: Accounting: · Implementation of local accounting policies in order to comply with local laws and practices for accounting and taxes, · Works on the basis of the set accounting records for accurate display of all transactions, and proposes improvements to it. · Performs material and formal verification of all incoming and outgoing documents that are subject to accounting records. · Executes in the general ledger of all transactions. · Regularly reconciles the data in the general ledger with the same in the auxiliary books. · Assists in the preparation of financial statements. Cash management: · Monitors the movement of funds and gives proposals for their management (through appropriate liquidity management). Communicates with banks regarding the management of funds and negotiates for more favorable conditions when buying and selling currencies, as well as completely leads the process of opening and monitoring banking instruments with which the company works (Letters of Credit, guarantees, etc.). Responsible for the accuracy of the data for all transactions. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: University degree in the field of economics. Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in written and verbal English. Advantage – min. 2 years work experience, official accounting certificate.
