Your tasks

How will you make a difference? As a member of the BP team within HR, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions for various areas and demands. You will work with people from the Operations and Services areas, with different backgrounds and experiences, which will give you the opportunity to learn and teach a variety of topics such as strengthening Wabtec culture and values, Selection, Movement, and Training.

What will your day-to-day be like? You will work in collaborative teams, local and global, focused on solutions for internal and external customers and suppliers. You will handle customer service, reporting, attendance tracking, onboarding, contact with employees, HR campaigns, and will be a guardian of Wabtec culture and values.

Requirements

What do we want to know about you?

• Studying Psychology, Administration, Social Sciences/Sociology, among others, with an expected graduation date from 2028 onwards.
• Basic English.
• Proficiency with Excel, methodologies, PowerPoint, and data analysis and processing tools.
• Good verbal and written communication.
