Talent & Acquisition Internship - HR
This position is for on-site work in Contagem, MG. Who will you work with? Recruitment is fundamental to Wabtec's success. We have a world-class team working to drive our ambitions and take us to the next level. You will be part of the Latam team with a specific focus on activities for Brazil, without losing the chance to have global connections. How will you make a difference? As a team member, the Recruitment and Selection intern will act by providing assistance to the Talent Acquisition area, learning the entire routine to gain experience and professional knowledge. Additionally, you will participate in global projects, be responsible for the entire scope of TA Coordinator, and have the possibility of getting to know other ecosystems within the HR area. What do we want to know about you? From the 6th semester of Administration, Psychology, or related courses. Advanced English. Communication, problem-solving, and creativity skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Skill with programs such as Canva, Photoshop, among others, will be a differentiator. Availability to work on-site in Contagem. What will your day-to-day be like? Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on interview logistics. Communicate with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience, including timely responses to questions and feedback. Manage the international background check vendor and provide support to all candidates during the documentation process. Assist in managing the recruitment system, maintaining candidate records and ensuring data accuracy. Be open to learning about selection processes and eventually performing area activities such as resume screening, sourcing, and interviews. Participate in global projects, working with different cultures on initiatives that may focus on themes such as: candidate experience, diversity & inclusion, or process improvements.
