In this strategic role, you will participate in the design and development of next-generation software intended for the field of non-destructive testing (NDT). You will contribute to all stages of the software lifecycle, from architecture to production, in a cutting-edge technological environment in Web and software development.
Specific Responsibilities Design and develop software solutions (Typescript, Angular).
Contribute to the definition of robust, scalable, and high-performance software architectures.
Develop multi-platform applications (Web, Desktop, and Device) using Angular 21, Typescript, WebGL, Electron.
Optimize software performance (multi-threading, GPU, memory management).
Develop advanced algorithms and ensure system backward compatibility.
Integrate modern continuous integration and delivery practices.
Develop automated tests and diagnostic tools to improve reliability.
Reduce technical debt and continuously improve code quality.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
General Responsibilities Mentor and support less experienced developers to foster their skill development and team cohesion.
Support the introduction of new methods and tools, and optimize their use in consistency with the company's technological vision.
Collaborate actively with various stakeholders to resolve complex and cross-functional technical issues.
Foster inter-site synergy by maintaining open, effective, and constructive communications with colleagues from other units.
Get involved and actively participate in the development and implementation of a continuous improvement culture.

Technical Skills: University degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent
5+ years of experience in web/software development
Mastery of Javascript/Typescript, experience with Angular or React
Experience with backend languages (C++ is an asset)
Experience in development under Windows or Linux
Strong skills in software optimization and software architecture
Good knowledge of versioning tools (Git)
Familiarity with UML
Comfort with applied mathematics (linear algebra, trigonometry)
Intermediate English level to collaborate with international stakeholders.
