Customer Service Sales Specialist You will become part of the Customer Care team and work closely with colleagues from Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, Manufacturing, and Technical Support across the EMEA region. You will be a key point of contact for customers and business partners, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process from order receipt through invoicing. How can you contribute to the growth and development of our company? As a Customer Service Sales Specialist , you will: Provide professional support to customers and business partners via email and phone. Process and manage customer orders in SAP. Monitor orders throughout the entire lifecycle, from order entry to delivery and invoicing. Actively manage an open order portfolio to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing. Handle non-standard customer requests in accordance with company processes. Create and maintain customer master data and ensure its accuracy. Support invoicing activities and repair process administration. Resolve customer complaints, returns, and other service requests. Identify root causes of issues and contribute to their long-term resolution. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Service, and Finance teams. Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Care function. What do we need to know about you? Secondary or university education in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in customer service, sales support, or order administration. Very good command of English and Czech language for daily communication. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently identify effective solutions. Attention to detail and a high level of accountability. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Nice to have Experience with SAP or other (e.g., Salesforce). Experience in a manufacturing or international company. Knowledge of an additional European language.
