C++ Software Designer

In this strategic role, you will participate in the design and development of next-generation software intended for the field of non-destructive testing (NDT). You will contribute to all stages of the software lifecycle, from architecture to production, in a cutting-edge technological environment, both in Web development and in C++ for real-time components.
Specific Responsibilities Agile Development and Architecture Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Contribute to the definition of robust, scalable, and high-performance software architectures. Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate modern continuous integration and delivery practices.
Design and Programming Design and develop complete software solutions in Full Stack mode. Optimize software performance (multi-threading, GPU, memory management). Develop advanced algorithms and ensure system backward compatibility. Participate in code reviews and daily meetings to ensure technical consistency.
Quality, Testing, and Validation Ensure compliance with quality criteria (Definition of Done). Develop automated tests and diagnostic tools to improve reliability. Reduce technical debt and continuously improve code quality.
Production and Support Collaborate on delivery planning with project and DevOps teams. Provide the necessary tools to production engineering for product assembly and calibration.
General Responsibilities Mentor and support less experienced developers to foster their skill development and team cohesion. Support the introduction of new methods and tools, and optimize their use in line with the company's technological vision. Actively collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve complex and cross-functional technical issues. Foster inter-site synergy by maintaining open, effective, and constructive communications with colleagues from other units. Get involved and actively participate in the development and implementation of a continuous improvement culture.
Technical Skills: University degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent Experience in software development Experience in C++ and Web development (Angular or React) Experience in development under Windows or Linux Strong skills in software optimization and software architecture Good knowledge of versioning tools (Git) Familiarity with UML Proficiency in applied mathematics (linear algebra, trigonometry) Experience in the field of non-destructive testing, a major asset Intermediate level of English to collaborate with international stakeholders.
