Jr Aftermarket Assistant

This position is for on-site work in Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais. Who will you work with? The Aftermarket team at Wabtec Super Metal is committed to generating value for customers, operations, and people through the development of innovative solutions based on rapid learning, prototyping, and scalability, contributing to the company's sustainability. The focus is the customer, where they must be provided with information, maintenance for leased and acquired equipment, and speed in the supply of parts and services. How will you make a difference? As a member of the Aftermarket team, you will be responsible for developing commercial proposals for parts and services to customers, performing consolidated control of orders as well as their respective invoicing, increasing the operational availability of equipment by regularly monitoring the entire rental fleet for road and rail preventive maintenance, and managing hour meters and fleet insurance. What do we want to know about you?

• If you have a degree or are studying Administration, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in After-Sales service and warranties.
• Knowledge of railway track maintenance equipment.
• Basic English.

What will your day-to-day be like?

• You will be part of the budgeting activities and invoicing of parts and services for track maintenance equipment, both for the rental fleet and for sold equipment.

You will daily monitor the availability of the rental fleet equipment with hour meter control as well as maintenance planning. You will issue requisitions/PO for asset components and sales. You will provide all necessary support to the field team regarding service planning, customer contact, component acquisition, and invoicing. Benefits: At Wabtec, people come first.
